Check the following steps:
1, check spark plugs and sub-cylinder line. Spark plug gap meets the original technical standards, sub-cylinder line of resistance is also consistent with the technical requirements, which do not meet the need for adjustment or replacement.
2, the need for testing fuel pressure system. Check the fuel pressure gauge and fuel pressure gauge components, connectors, tubing and fuel gauge. Start the engine and make it into the idling fuel gauge reading should be within the range of 270 ~ 320kpa. If the pressure exceeds the technical specifications, you need to replace the fuel pressure regulator and fuel filter.
3. Check the air nozzle of each cylinder. Enter the engine idling, respectively disconnect each injector plug, check if there are changes in the idle, if disconnect each cylinder fuel injectors, idle reduction is basically the same, then the fuel injectors are working properly. When disconnecting a certain fuel injectors, engine idling and stability did not change, you need to measure the resistance value of the injector plug is 10 to 13, if you do not meet the criteria then replace the nozzle.
Of course, also need to check the wire between the PGM-FI main relay and plug the connection point between the connection point with the fuel injector plug wires for cracks, poor connection failure.
4, fuel pump and fuel pump circuit inspection. Check the fuel pump: Remove the fuel cap, ignition switch in the ON position, the fuel filler pump can hear the sound of running under normal operating conditions, when the ignition switch in the ON, the fuel pump should run two seconds minutes. If the fuel pump does not run, first check whether insurance pump burned out. Check whether the PGM-FI main relay between guide and plug terminals through and so forth.
5, followed by even check the cylinder pressure, intake and exhaust valve clearance, fuel vapor control solenoid valve, EGR valve cylinder work, intake manifold leaks and so on.
